How do you prepare your hake?

How do you prepare your calamari?
Marinated, grilled calamari tubes basted in herb and lemon butter sauce or deep fried calamari rings best eaten with a side of homemade tartar mayo sauce.
How fresh are your chips?
Potatoes are hand washed and peeled daily, blanched in low heated sunflower oil and fried to order at a high temperature to get the crispy taste with our sour chilli salted spice.
What size fish do you sell?
We have small, medium and large hakes that are weighed and put into the correct basket.
Is Fish a franchise?
No, we are a family run business that has a passion for awesome fish!
Why is fish never the same size?
Hake is a natural product and will differ in size. We weigh every piece of fish and put them into the small, medium and large category.
Is your rice spicy?
Mild in spice but not hot in chilli at all, just tasty!
When does the oil get changed in your fryers?
We only use good quality oil and filter it daily, depending on how busy we get is how often we change the oil. We also do tests to ensure the oil is still good to fry!
